Warranty
Mile-X Equipment, Inc. carries a manufacturer's warranty only on all their products.

Ammco/Coats/Hennessey: Lathes, Tire Changers, Balancers & Parts full warranty click here.

Baldor: If your item does not work out of the box, Baldor requires you to take the product to an authorized service center. For full Baldor warranty description, click here.

Branick: 1 year from date of delivery. For full Branick warranty description, click here.
Champion: Advantage Series, R-Series, & PL Series - 5 years pro-rated pump and tank if installed on vibration pads. 5 years motor, 1 year balance of unit.
Value Plus - 1 year pump, 5 years motor except units with 3600 rpm motors, 1 year balance.
Dake: Dake products are warranted free of manufacturer’s defects for one year after delivery to the original purchaser. Replacement parts are warranted free of manufacturer’s defects for the longer of ninety days after delivery or the remaining warranty period for our products on which the part is installed. Dale Adams (Bone Creeper): All three of our creeper models offer a limited one year warranty on the creeper bodies, and limited lifetime warranty on the plastic creeper wheels. These warranties apply only to manufacturer defects, and are voided if customer hits, drops, runs over, fails to properly maintain or otherwise abuse their creeper.
Compressed Air Systems: The standard piston compressor warranty is 1 year parts and labor. The rotary screw warranty is 1 year parts and labor plus 2 years on the air end.
Good-All:
Goodall products are warranted to the original purchaser against failure due to defective material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except for gasoline engines, hydraulic motors and flow control valve, which are warranted solely by the manufacturer of such items.
This warranty does not cover any product worn out or altered, used for a purpose other than for which it is intended or used in a manner inconsistent with any instruction regarding its use. The exclusive remedy for any product found to be defective under this warranty is limited to the repair, or replacement of the defective product without charge, and Goodall shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including labor charges.
In order to qualify for this warranty, all returns must receive prior authorization from the factory and be returned directly to the Goodall factory (or authorized service center) postage or freight prepaid. Goodall will make final determination of defects. No agent, employee, or representative of Goodall has any authority to bind to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning Goodall products, except as stated herein.

Handy:
Handy Industries, L.L.C., warrants to the original purchaser of this product, all parts to be free from defects in manufacture for a period of two (2) years from date of delivery. Notice of a defective part must be received in writing at Handy Industries, LLC within two (2) years of purchase. All defective parts must be returned to Handy Industries, L.L.C., and which, upon our examination any parts which are defective in manufacture or workmanship, will be replaced or put in good operating condition. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, improper installation, repair, operation or maintenance, negligence or neglect. The cost of such replacement or repair shall be exclusive remedy for any breach of any warranty and Handy Industries, L.L.C. shall not be liable to any person for consequential damage, or injury, or commercial loss resulting from any breach of warranty. Handy Industries, L.L.C. makes no warranty or merchantability, makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and makes no other warranty expressed or implied, including implied warranty arising from the course or dealing or usage of the trade.

JohnDow: One year on all products from the date of the customers invoice. 1 year against manufacturers defects on parts. John Dow does not cover any labor other than their own unless it is authorized by them. Customers are responsible for shipping to them, we cover freight in return as long as they have a valid warranty issue.

Merrick: Limited lifetime warranty.
Midtronics: One year limited warranty.
Mile-X TD Regroovers: 90 day warranty.
Norco: Limited lifetime warranty. The only items not covered by the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" is chains, batteries and electrical motors. The electrical motors/pumps generally have a 1 or 2 year warranty depending on the item and manufacturer. Norco covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product on the rest. They do not cover worn out, altered, abused, or product used for a purpose other than which it was intended. For full Norco warranty description, click here.
Pro-Link: 1 year warranty on all Nexiq products.

Oberg: One year parts, 5 years structural warranty.
Tiger Tool: Casted components have a lifetime warranty, forcing screw assemblies and threading is covered for 2 years and hydraulic components have a 1 year warranty and this is all against defects in workmanship and materials. For full Tiger Tool warranty description, click here.
TSI: 1 years parts, 90 days labor.
Van Steenburgh: 1 year parts & labor after shipment.
Western Pacific: The warranty stated herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All products sold by seller are warranted for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
