eSync is a lightweight, portable synchronized lifting system from Power Team that improves setup efficiency and reduces manual intervention during lifting operations. Its simple user interface, position sensors, and digital microprocessor controls synchronize cylinders and automatically adjust oil flow to keep loads balanced—maintaining a tolerance within 1mm between lift points.

Primary Components of eSync:

• Main Control Hub The brain of the system includes a simple user interface and Microprocessor controls that receive feedback from position sensors and actuate valves and the flow of oil to cylinders.
  
• Hydraulic Pump Cordless and corded versions available.
  
• Power Options Rechargeable 60VDC 8Ah battery offers long life or Corded option with 115VAC or 230VAC option.
  
• Storage Totes Protects sensors, sensor cables and offer additional space for hoses or tools.
  
• Handheld Pendant A remote to control auto or manual operations at a distance.
  
• Transport Cage Stackable, locking frame with side handles for easy carrying.
  
• Data Logging Port Accepts a USB drive to download lift data and parameters after the job is complete, for analysis, documentation, and planning.
  
• Sensors Position and pressure transducers measure load position and system pressure. Sensors measure up to 1000mm and 10k PSI.
