OTC 5875 Cylinder Liner Remover

Application is for Detroit Diesel S60 12.7L with EGR; MTU S2000. Expands in the cylinder to pull liners from 5.0” to 5.75” inner diameter. Uses thrust bearings on expander and bridge nuts for friction-free operation. Similar to J-45876.

Features:

• The metal cylinder body expands out to the cylinder liner when the expander nut is tightened
  
• The liner is then pulled when the bridge nut is tightened
  
• Both the expander and bridge nuts include a thrust bearing for friction free operation
  
• A convenient handle can be used to lift the liner form the cylinder block and also provides a convenient way to transport the liner
