The TG-80 Tire Grooving Station will hold any tire for re-grooving from 15" to 24.5" on the quick-adjust hydraulic chuck operated by a foot valve. The TG-80 provides a straight or zigzag groove with less difficulty. The groover attachment accepts 4 blade widths, allowing the operator to re-groove any truck tire. The 1 hp electric / hydraulic system operates all components and features variable rotation speed. A 110v/30 amp outlet and 1/4" 80 psi air line is all that's needed.

Heavy duty steel welded construction for long lasting dependability.
Dual foot controls make operating easy and smooth. Left foot valve locks the tire chuck while the right foot valve controls rotation speed. An air valve to cool the grooving tool is located on the left (See Fig. A).
In Fig. B the truck tire is secured on the hydraulic chuck. By operating the foot valve the hydraulic chuck adjusts to fit any 15” to 24.5” tire . An opposite press of the foot valve releases the tire. Pressure is maintained in the cutting groove by the pulley and winch adjustment. This helps eliminate the common strain of re-grooving several tires.
